These terms apply to guruscreation.com and inquiries sent to Gurus Creation Studio Ltd.
Creative requests
Submitting a brief does not create a booking, production slot, or design contract. Scope, deliverables, files, revisions, and pricing must be confirmed in writing.
Client materials
You are responsible for rights to names, logos, photos, copy, music, product images, and other materials supplied for creative work.
Proofing
You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, contact details, and print specifications before approving final files.
Limitation of liability
Gurus Creation Studio Ltd. is not liable for indirect damages, missed event outcomes, third-party printing issues, or platform changes outside our control.
