Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to confirmed design or creative production work with Gurus Creation Studio Ltd. Quote requests are not paid bookings.
Cancellations
Confirmed projects may be cancelled under the accepted proposal. Fees may apply for concepts, design time, file preparation, supplier coordination, or reserved production time already used.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed according to project stage. Completed designs, approved files, custom concepts, and third-party production costs are generally not refundable.
Revisions
Included revisions are defined in the project confirmation. Additional revisions or changed scope may require a new estimate.
